sunset on the large veranda of 50 m2. Excellent for all water
sports and fishing.

House of carpentry has two floors. The ground floor consists of
entrance & hallway, which connects over and the floor. Bathroom &
Shower. Large open chef's kitchen with a cooking surface of the
remaining oak and granite. TABLE 7 people to cook meals, dual water
sources, 90 cm gas cooker with elugn, fridge, freezer, ismasking,
dishwasher, assistants. Kitchen connects to the diningarea for up
to 10 adults. Wood stove in the kitchen. Underfloor heating. Direct
access to large veranda.
Punch Veranda with alternative furniture overlooks the gardens and
the sea, can be used as lounges, gyms or embedded up to the
bedroom, also connects to lunch in the south porch. Linn stereo.
The living room with TV, stove, sofa and armchairs. The sofa can be
embedded up. Laundry room with all equipment.

The upper floor consists of bathroom with double washbasin, floor
heating, jacuzzi. One bedroom with tiled stove, double bed and

Smaller bedroom with 1.6 m long bed. Large closet. Porch office.

Drive all the way, 35 km (25 min) to Stockholm C, 5 min to bus, 45
min bus to Stockholm C. 2 km business. 2.5 kilometers steamer pier
for a boat to Vaxholm city. 8 km Vaxholm center with full range of
shops, tourist attractions, restaurants and boats to the
archipelago.

We live here permanently but rent some weeks.
