Villa Grace is located in Cerro da Mesquita, a hillside near the
quiet, market town of Sao Bras de Alportel, approximately 20kms
north of Faro Airport.

The house stands in a quiet cul-de-sac with four other villas and
has its own private parking area for two vehicles. There are
wonderful views to the Algarve hills and the sea from the house and
the terrace. The surrounding landscape is hilly with small woods and
lots of greenery even throughout the hot summers. The three storey
house was built in 1975 in traditional Portuguese style and is newly
renovated.

Ground floor: Here, there is a newly-renovated double bedroom and
shower room.

First Floor: An outside staircase leads from ground level to the
first floor pool and garden level. There is a comfortable lounge
with dining area and open plan kitchen with a covered terrace
outside the lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped and
newly-renovated with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, etc.
From the kitchen there is access to the garden, barbecue and dining
area. Also on this floor there are two bedrooms, a twin and a
double, and a shower room.

Loft: Another exterior staircase takes you to the loft and private
terrace area. The loft has two bedrooms that are linked together,
each with a spacious single bed and a basin. Outside the loft is a
large roof terrace with beautiful views to the Algarve hills,
especially at sunrise and sunset.

The house has ADSL broadband, free of charge for the guests. The
living room and the bedrooms on the main floor and the first floor
have ceiling fans and the lounge has a satellite TV. The house has
good quality mains water.

Garden: The garden is approximately 1500 square metres with a
variety of fruit trees, olive trees, etc. The swimming pool is 4.5m
x 9.0m, and its terrace is very spacious, offering places for
relaxation in the sun and in the shade under the terrace

Our excellent house manager will visit you the day after arrival and
guide you. She will assist you if any problems occur regarding the
house, or other aspects of your stay.

Road Description

The villa is located approximately 1.5km east of the small town of
Sao Bras de Alportel. Easiest access is from Faro International
Airport (picture left) which is 20km away. An alternative is to fly
into Lisbon. From there it is about 285km on the motorway, approx.
2.5 - 3 hour drive. A third option is to fly to Seville in Spain
with a distance of about 185km on the motorway.
A description with detailed directions to the house will be sent you
on request. It is a good idea to book a car from the airport at the
same time as you book a flight. You will get a better rate if it is
booked a long time in advance.
