Spend a relaxing dream vacation in our exclusive villa in Jomtien,
built in the famous Bali Style. It is about 700m from Jomtien
Beach, in a quiet street(dead end).

The rent is 1500THB pr. per room. night, for three of the rooms in
the main house.
If someone want to rent the new space above the carport it cost
1600THB exstra per night. If you want use the bunk bed in an
alcove, which belongs to this space for accommodation, it costs
extra per 200THB. per bed. night.
Expenses for electricity in addition,charg after the "meter
reading".
If there is free and you book only one week in advance you can get
very favorable prices. Please contact us for more info.
We can also provide pick-up at the airport in Bangkok from about
1500THB one way. If you want your own a maid for washing, cleaning,
shopping and cooking the costs are about 1100THB exstra per day.

We have a very nice breakfast Restaurant called Anna, just 150m
from the house that opens early in the morning, here you can eat
cheaply and well, they have a very good breakfast menu. If one goes
about 100 meters you will arrive at Linda's Restaurant in Jomtien.
Here they serve Norwegian food, if desired. For those who
appreciate gourmet food are Bruno's Restaurant is also nearby.
Bruno's is one of the best Restaurants in Thailand. There are
several very good restaurants nearby, this can include Gians,
located right next to Bruno's. Matahari is a bit further to the
Buddha Hill, just down to Pattaya is Alois its a top Restaurant
with very reasonable prices. They pick you up in the house with
Limo when you phone and book a table in advance. See more about

It is of course air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.

Down by the pool is the great shadow space with seating. Here it is
mounted fans in the roof, for use on hot days. Up on the second
floor is now finished with a sundeck about 25 square meters. The
extension is an extra bedroom with a large alcove with bunk bed and
a luxury bathroom.

The villa is very central to beach and shopping. Short distance to
go-cart track, water park, restaurants and sights. The area is very
child friendly.
A large number of golf courses of international standard within a
short distance from the house. There is also an incredibly wide
range of places nearby if you want activities and day trips,
examples are the Sriracha Tiger Zoo, Underwater World, Nong Nooch
Botanical Garden, bowling, cinema, etc. There are also several
islands in the area that is well suited for day trips or if you
want to stay a couple of networks.

Shopping is great fun in Jomtien / Pattaya. The shops are many, and
it is possible to buy everything - from the simple, cheap things to
the expensive brands. And like the service you have not
experienced. Supermarkets are open days, where the goods are packed
up and carried out in the car
