Description

The whole building is newly decorated for the opening on May 15
2006. The colours are light and harmonic. Most of the place is
adapted to disabled people.
It´s open from April – October.

We have 32 rooms with comfortable beds, many of them overlooking
our beautiful park, where oak trees and hazels live in harmony with
wild flowers.

After a good night´s sleep, you can start the day with our
breakfast buffet, which is available in the dining room between 8
am – 10 am. A good start to a great day on Gotland!

Sheets, towels and brekfast are included in the price.
Cleaning of the rooms at departure is included in the price. Any
cleaning during the stay is carried out by the guest.

In case of any disability, please contact us before you book, so we
know what your needs are.

Restaurant/café
The restaurant is open during the summer. (Other times by
agreement). The food is served in our bright, newly decorated
dining room which seats about 60 guests.

There is an outdoor terrace if you want to have your coffee
outside. You can also get a ready-packed basket and a blanket for a
picnic in our park, accompanied by birdsong and the relaxing sounds
of the brook.

Groups/conferences
For large groups, we keep open almost all year round. We can
accommodate 25 conference participants, and we are happy to leave
an estimate on the cost of accommodation, meals and conference.

Activities
We are happy to arrange day trips with a minibus.
During the summer we arrange barbeques and music entertainment.
For those interested in golf, the area has a lot to offer. Within
10 km, is Gumbalde Golf Course in Stånga, and the courses in
Ljugarn and När.

If you want to go swimming, there are 8 kilometres (10 minutes in
the car) to the lovely beaches in Ljugarn.
Why not combine the trip to the beach with a walk in the nearby
raukarea in Folhammar?
You can end the day by having a picnic supper among the rauks.

Road Description

Direction guide
From Visby: Take road 143 towards Ljugarn. After about 20
kilometres, when you have passed Roma, turn right towards
Etelhem/Lye. When you come to Lye, turn left (road 144 towards
Ljugarn). After about 5 kilometres you have arrived in Garda. When
you have passed a small food shop on your right, you turn right at
the sign Ekängen. Drive about 200 metres and you´re there.
