the 'day' zone there is a large living/ dining room area with
access to a covered terrace, a spacious and totally equipped

bathroom (shower/ WC). In the night zone of the villa there are
five spacious double bedrooms, one with a large double bed, and an
en-suite bathroom with a luxury bath, shower, WC. The remaining
four twin rooms are equipped with two beds in each room and three
en-suite bathrooms. Four of the rooms have big sliding windows with
access to the garden and sea views. The other bedroom has a window
with views to the garden.

Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is located 36 km north of Barcelona
(Catalonia). It belongs to the Maresme comarca and the Barcelona
province. Llavaneres faces the Mediterranean Sea at the East and a
natural park at the West. The village combines an agricultural and
residential character and has become a popular vacation and summer-
housing spot for the Barcelonese. It is well communicated with
Barcelona: a train line, as well as the C-32 highway and the N-2
road. This town is well known for its marina “Port Balis” which has
a sailing school, a diving centre and a boat rental as well as
different good quality restaurants with maritime atmosphere, and
also a superb long and wide sandy beach. The villa is located only
20 m from a forest where several walking and mountain bike routes
can be enjoyed and where you can also find one of the most
important horse back riding centres. There are also several golf
