You have two private boats and fishing is included. Bikes can be
borrowed and the hiking trail Karl XII's väg is within walking
distance. Child-friendly and calm location.

Cozy cottage with adjacent annex. Total 8 beds (6 +2) distributed
over 2
double beds and 2 bunk beds. Cots are also available,
and there is a swing and a sandbox. Outdoor
furniture and grill.

Surroundings
The cottage is situated 3.5 kilometers from the local beach
Strömmersvik with sandy beach, bridge and
playground. Strömmersvik is very popular among both
visitors and locals.
The nearest town is Mellerud (15 km), with a tourist centre,
several restaurants and shops, bank and railway station.
The hiking trail Karl XII's path is one kilometer away, and we have
bicycles of all sizes.
The house is surrounded by forest and fields.
Fishing
Barely a five minute walk to Storån, and Höljesjön is 1.5 kilometers
away.
You have two private boats and fishing is included
in both the lake and the river. If you want to fish somewhere else
do you need to buy a fishing license.
The fish found here are mainly pike and perch.
