amongst deciduous trees as a fantasitc oasis in the surrounding
powerful pine woods.

The cottage has a pantry, cooker, fridge and freezer box, oven,
microwave and coffee perculator. The larger part of the cottage is
warmed by a wood fire. TV and large wonderful glass area towards
the west where the access to the verandah also can be found. There
is a sofa bed and a bunk bed, that easily can be made into a king-
size bed. Shower and WC naturally and a washing machine for an
added fee.

Åhus centre 1,200 metres. Sandy beach 300 metres. Restaurants
seeside 400 m, harbour restarants 1100 m.

Bus stop 90 metres, good communications to Kristianstad, every
hour, distance 18km.

Road Description

Road 118 to Åhus, from the Statoil petrol station Fädriften 1km,
Grönsiskevägen right 400 metres then directly left. Hökvägen third
house on your left hand side number 6.
