Nice 4-bed flat, divided into two rooms with open kitchen solution,
and sleeping 'mezzanine' with staircase from the living room. The
flat is totally renovated 2006 including new kitchen and new
bathroom. The flat is nicely situated with only a few minutes
(approx 3 min.) from the beach, just below the staircase up to the
castle-park with fantastic panoramic view of Nice, the harbour,
beach and surroundings.

In the sleeping room there is one double-bed, 160 cm. There are two
beds (90 cm) in the mezzanine upstairs (not full standing height,
appr. 150 cm). In the living room, there is a sofa with the
optional function as an extra bed (appr 180 cm long, with one side
open).

Region

Welcome to Nice, the biggest town on the Riviera! Chose among a
rich variety of culture, museums, the popular seaside walk, the old
town with its caracteristic narrow streets, restaurants and small
shops. The restaurants are plentiful and very good, the shopping is
fun. Besides the touristic areas, there are shopping malls as well,
in some cases with very good pricing. Nearby along the coast there
are more to be discovered, such as Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, St
Tropez, Juan-Les Pins and more.. Along the coast-line there are
more than 27 golf couses, many tennis facilities, and many popular
vacation activities to be explored..

Nice Area

Old town Nice is like a typical old town with hundreds of years of
history. Old buildings and narrow streets. Nearby is the fantastic
view from the castle-park on top of the cliff wherefrom you can
look down on Nice, the beach, the sea, and on the opposite side the
harbour. In old town you can visite a large number of small shops,
restaurants, fish market, vegetables market, flower market, museums
and much more.
