apartment in Villa Victoria, built in the late 1800 by the well known architect Thomas
Smith.Still characterised by the period, this apartment combines its traditions with
modern comforts and facilities with a fully equipped kitchen. A window gallery and a
balcony along the sides of the house.
Capacity up to 4 people. One double bed (140cm), one 2 seater sofabed (100cm) and
one folding bed. Two rooms. 47m2.

Location:
Villa Victoria is located just off the Plages du Midi, just a few minutes walk from the Old
Town of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, Croisette, the beaches and all else that
Cannes and the Riviera has to offer.

A short 3-minute walk takes you to Plage du Midi where you will find a well-managed
public beach.
You will also find sections of the beach where you can rent a parasol, a mattress, etc.
From the beach to the Palais des festivals and further via the Croisette you will find a
large number of restaurants, bars, from budget to very expensive.

If you want to start the morning with fresh seafood, vegetables, etc, you can walk to the
town's primary market, Marche Forville, open all days of the week except Monday. The
colorful floral market of Allees de la Liberte is located near the Marche Forville and
offers freshly cut, seasonal blooms. Just a 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

June - August: 780 Euro
April - May, September - October: 580 Euro

Cleaning at departure is included in the price.
We can also offer bed linen and towel for 15 euro per set.
If you rent the apartment during a congress both bed linen and towels are included.
