Description

A beautiful apartment, situated on a hill above Sanremo and
Ospedaletti. It has a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean Sea and
beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a panoramic view of the old
village of Coldirodi, which is conveniently located only a few
minutes from the autostrada exit and a few minutes from central
Sanremo.

Coldirodi, an eight minute walk from the house, has three churches,
three restaurants and seven bars, as well as bakeries, butcher
shops, boutiques, bank, postoffice, (small supermarket?),and more.
From the piazza there are buses to the beach (and other activities)
in Sanremo. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk from Coldirodi to
the beach

Sanremo, which Coldirodi is part of, is one of Ligurian’s most
beautiful cities and one of Italy’s best known. There is a
well-known casino and many boutiques, as well as charming
restaurants and bars along the walks at the Mediterranean Sea. There
are markets twice a week, which are interesting to explore. At the
big harbour yachts may be admired, as well as rented.

Alfred Nobel, who established the Nobel Prize, had a home in
Sanremo. It is now a museum and well worth a visit. Many celebrities
have settled in Sanremo, because of its very good climate. It is
also one of the reasons why Sanremo has lots of flowers and is
called the City del Fiori.

Nice Airport

The distance to the airport is about 50 km, (only) a 45-50 minute
ride by car.

Apartment

The sunny and nicely decorated 70 m2 apartment has three large
windows with direct access to the 56 m2 big terrace. It is furnished
with Pergola a big table, 6 chairs, lounge chairs and a barbecue
grill. Beyond the terrace there are olive and fig trees.

There is a “great room”, which consists of a 15 m2 kitchen/dining
area and a 30 m2 living room area. There are two bedrooms, one 16m2,
the other smaller, and a bathroom.

Kitchen/dining area

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, an Electrolux
refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave owen.There is a separate
laundry room with an Electrolux washing machine. The dining table
can seat 6 people.

Living area

There is a bed sofa, two bed chairs, table, TV with 60 channels, DVD
player, radio with CD.

Bedrooms

The large bedroom has two beds, two night tables, one chest of
drawers and a wardrobe (closet). The smaller bedroom has two beds, a
night table and storage facilities.

Bathroom

The spacious bathroom has a shower, bide, WC (toilet), sink and a
ventilation window.

All floors have a heating system (all floors are heated) and are
tiled with beautiful Italian terra cotta.

In addition we offer a separate storage room 16 m2 for the luggage etc.

The rent includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, gas and
water.
50 euro is added for cleaning at check-out. The apartment can be
accessed by car and privat parking is included, as well as access to
the garden.
Two Mountain bikes is available for rental à €15/week.
Internet access is available at €10 per week
Pets is not allowed. No SMOKING inside the house.

Road Description

If you arrive from Nice or Genova you take off at Sanremo exit.
800 meter after the tollgate turn right> Coldirodi
After 600 meter turn right> Coldirodi
After 300 meter turn right>San Remolo, Bajardo.
After 700 meter you will pass the Restaurant Gabry on the left side.
After 500 meter you arrive to a sharp left hand corner (180 degree)
take left.
After 50 meter you come to a T cross take left.
After 50 meter turn right>
Continue and pass below the Autostrada. Turn left 90 degree.
Continue 300 meter turn right.
When you arrive to the most beautiful place you can think of you
have arrived.
